Schedule Email On With Send Later Feature

According to report, Microsoft user on the web can now delay the delivery of individual message by scheduling emails for later date. Microsoft Corporation (American Multinational Company) has added “Send Later” feature to on the web. For those who are not aware, Microsoft has already added this feature for Outlook Desktop that allows the users to schedule an email to sent a later time or date.

So, if you want to schedule emails on Microsoft Outlook on the web, you can now easily do it with new feature “Send Later” of released by Microsoft. Let’s go for steps to schedule an email on

How to Schedule an email on or Outlook on web? Schedule an email for later date

Step 1: Open web browser on computer/mobile

Step 2: Visit website and login to your Outlook Account

Step 3: Now, Compose an email including message, hyperlinks and/or attachments add to email

Step 4: Before sending the email, click on the drop-down arrow next to “Send” and select “Send Later” option

Step 5: A calendar will be displayed on screen. Choose Date & time from calendar you wish to send the email and hit “Send” button

Step 6: This email will now saved in the “Draft folder” until it is ready to be sent

How to cancel or change scheduled emails on or Outlook on web?

Step 1: Follow ‘step 1 to step 2’ to login to your Outlook account on the web

Step 2: Now, go to “Draft Folder” and locate the scheduled email

Step 3: Click on it to open

Step 4: If you want change scheduled emails, click on “Pencil” icon at top right corner of email. If you want to cancel the scheduled email, click on “Cancel Send” button near “Pencil” icon. You will also see the date that the email is scheduled to be sent.
